Dornen Tochter Paperback

Wishing you all a Happy Easter Season. I will be in my garden writing shed for most of it as I have a tight deadline to meet with Currawong Manor.

But before I turn off my computer I wanted to share with you the beautifully dark and dramatic paperback version of Dornen Tochter (Poet’s Cottage) in Germany. I love it so much. I’ve been most fortunate with all my covers because I couldn’t be more thrilled with all of them.

I plan on cutting back my blogging to once a month unless really huge news happens or for my book reviews as I really need to submerge myself fully into the world of my books.
So roughly around the time of the full moon I shall be updating.
Thank you for visiting me.
xx

Have a wonderful Easter, TP. I hope your submergence phase is productive and satisfying. Another stunning cover and, on close inspection, I do believe it’s hardback? I look forward to a blog post full of HUGE news (or even just waffle if the moment moves you). Thank you for being you. jxx

Hello gorgeous Jen, not hardback dear you need to put your glasses on there my friend. Would have loved two hardcover versions in Germany but can’t be greedy clogs. And thank you for being the one and only Sassy and adorable Jen Storer. Happy Belated Easter. xx

Hello Jennifer, please forgive my tardy greetings in return. I have been so busy in the 1940s and yes, Easter Bunny did find me in my shed. He left me a small Bilby egg on my shed door. Thank you for your good wishes. I bet you did some wonderful crafty things over Easter. I shall visit you soon. Much Love xx

Sometimes one finds another person, who loves some of the areas she does. I have always linked with the tales of Enid Blyton, read and watched Miss Marple, over and over again, adored all of Daphne Du Maurier’s Books,. Of course I have ready many of your books and love them too, do I write dark Fantasy, well I am not sure mine would come under this umbrella, but there again one never knows. I am yet to read Poet’s Cottage, but I know a treat is in store for me.

    Thank you

Dear Carole, We do have very similar taste! Thank you as always for your support. I did meet a fascinating lady the other night who had also loved the Circle of Nine series and she said she loved the mystery novels as well so fingers crossed you will enjoy that side of my writing. And yes, I never understand fully the labels on writing. Although with Poet’s Cottage and Currawong Manor I definitely see them as mysteries. I wrote the Circle of Nine series without thinking about what they would be labelled and was most surprised to hear they were ‘dark fantasy.’ I had never heard that term before. Brightest Blessings to you. xx
